BUSINESS
AND OPERATIONS: PRE-KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM [LAW]
The
school shall include the following information in the school’s Public
Information Management System (PEIMS) report:
1. Demographic
information, as determined by the commissioner, on students enrolled in school
pre-kindergarten classes, including the number of students who meet the
eligibility requirement;
2. The numbers
of half-day and full-day pre-kindergarten classes offered by the school; and
3. The sources of funding for the pre-kindergarten classes.
