CONFERENCE ALERT

WE CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT NEW REGISTRATIONS or payments for the Texas Charter School Conference. We have maxed out the meeting space at Moody Gardens and, due to the fire code, unfortunately we are unable to let anyone else attend the conference.

  •  No walk-in registrations will be permitted.
  •  Due to security regulations, all registered attendees must wear their name badges at all times.
  •  For your safety, hotel security will be tight.
  •  The first general session of the conference begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 29.


TEA REMINDER

TAAS and SDAA testing begins April 16th and will follow the schedule below:

  •  April 16, 2002 (Tuesday) -
     · TAAS Grades 3-8 Mathematics
     · SDAA 3-8 Mathematics
     · Spanish TAAS Grades 3-6 Mathematics

  •  April 17, 2002 (Wednesday)
     · TAAS Grades 3-8 Reading
     · SDAA 3-8 Reading
     · Spanish TAAS Grades 3-6 Reading

  •  April 18, 2002 (Thursday)
     · TAAS Grade 8 Social Studies

  •  April 19, 2002 (Friday)
     · TAAS Grade 8 Science
All tests must be administered on the scheduled day. Please ensure you have the sufficient number of booklets and answer documents today. If you need additional materials contact NCS at 1-800-252-9186.
