CHARTER SCHOOL CONFERENCE

OVERFLOW HOTELS FOR THE CONFERENCE Moody Gardens Hotel has informed us they have completely sold out of sleeping rooms for the conference but have located two near-by hotels that have sleeping rooms available. When you call to make your reservations, please inform these hotels that you are attending the Charter School Conference.

HOTEL ROOM CANCELLATION DEADLINE The Resource Center has signed a contract with the Moody Gardens Hotel guaranteeing that every sleeping room in their hotel will be occupied by charter school conference attendees. If you need to cancel a room reservation please call the Moody Gardens Hotel before April 1st. This will enable other conference attendees the opportunity to move from an overflow hotel into the Moody Gardens Hotel as well as preventing the Resource Center from having to pay for your cancelled room. Conference expenses per person exceed $200. The Resource Center has secured contributions to reduce
your conference cost, therefore, your registration fees are as listed below.
Registration fees will increase by $100 in each category if received after April 1, 2002.
