AMENDMENT REQUEST FORMS House Bill 6 added several requirements that charter schools must include in their charters. The attached form allows charters to submit three of the required amendments collectively: prohibition against discrimination in enrollment policies; distribution of information to parents; high school diploma requirement for all charter school teachers. These three policies must be approved by each charter board and submitted to TEA by December 3. Click here to see the form.

BANK DEPOSITORY FORMS The deadline for all charters to submit their Bank Depository Forms is November 1. Charters may create their own form, use one provided by their bank, or click here to see the form.

PEIMS SUBMISSION DEADLINE Check with your local ESC to determine their PEIMS Fall submission deadline. As you know, all charters must submit their PEIMS data through their ESC, who then must submit the data to TEA by December 13.
