AMERICAN YOUTHWORKS CHARTER. Congratulations to seven American Youth Works Charter students who have raised their SAT scores 150 to 330 points by extensive SAT prep classes held on Saturdays. Congratulations to AYW director Rebecca Benz.

SAN MARCOS PREP CHARTER will host a Public Forum on charter schools, "Charter Schools: Changing the Face of Education in Texas" in San Marcos on December 12, 2000 at 6:30 p.m. The general public is invited to attend and topics discussed will be the future trends of public education and charter schools in Texas.
