This workshop is designed to assist those individuals responsible for curriculum development at each charter school. It will provide the attendee with a suggested format for producing a version of your charter's curriculum for your individual teachers. Due to space limitations, please register no more than 2 individuals from your charter school. Materials to bring include: Star Spangled Skills Notebook, 1 empty 3-inch three ring binder, and any curriculum material you may want to share. You must call Sara at the Resource Center, 210-348-7890, to RSVP by Saturday, January 15, 2000. All charter schools are welcome to attend these free workshops. Lunch provided.

TEXAS READY TO READ GRANT PROGRAM This grant is to provide scientific, research-based pre-reading instruction for the purpose of directly improving pre-reading skills and identifying cost-effective models for pre-reading intervention. See attached.
