THIRD ANNUAL TEXAS CHARTER SCHOOL CONFERENCE Back by popular demand, Dr. Howard Fuller is confirmed as one of our keynote speakers for the Third Annual Texas Charter School Conference which will be held on Friday and Saturday, February 25 - 26, 2000 at the Corpus Christi Omni.
