- NYOS Charter School reports their TAAS scores: 96.9% of their students passed Reading, 89.1% passed Math and 90.0% passed the Writing. Congratulations Teresa Elliott
- ¨ Mainland Prep's TAAS scores are as follows: 88.9% of their students passed Reading, 75.9% passed Math, and 83.3% passed Writing. Congratulations Diane Merchant and Wilma Green.
PORTAL CONTRACTS NEEDED PORTAL contracts are needed by the Charter School Resource Center before PEIMS training can be scheduled by ETG. Tentative training dates have been set for the weeks of July 26th and August 2nd. Before training sites can be established, ETG staff need to know the areas that will be most convenient to our customers, therefore, contracts are needed to determine this. FAX your contracts to the Resource Center at 210-348-7899 as soon as possible to be included in the training sessions. You are encouraged to send the person that will be doing your PEIMS data input to the training, not an administrator in charge. The number of people that may attend will be determined by available space.
The Resource Center has contracted with Jimmie Driver to develop a Curriculum Alignment Timeline notebook and CD that we will mail to you at no charge later this month.
SUMMER WORKSHOPS Please find attached a summer workshop schedule. These workshops will be led by Jimmie Driver and Barbara Graham, Curriculum Consultants to the Resource Center. To attend these free workshops, you must RSVP to the Resource Center at 210-348-7890.
