 SECOND ANNUAL TEXAS CHARTER SCHOOL CONFERENCE- Governor George W. Bush will speak at our Second Annual Charter School Conference on April 7th. If you have not already done so, please fill out the conference registration form that is attached and mail to the Resource Center with your payment as soon as possible.
- RESERVATIONS Please make your hotel reservation by calling 210-354-2800. The last day to make your reservation is March 19th. If you have called the 800-444-ADAM number to make room reservations and found there are no longer rooms available, try calling the local number, 210-354-2800, there are a few rooms still available.
- CHARTERS UNDER THE STARS-APRIL 6TH Conference attendees will be treated to a buffet dinner reception on April 6th at 6:30 p.m. at the historic, 100-year old Ursaline Academy on the Riverwalk. It is within walking distance of the Adam's Mark. There will be a Six Flags Over Texas gala buffet and plenty of good charter fellowship. Please see attached flyer.
E-RATE DEADLINE If you are applying for E-rate, the deadline to submit your Technology Plan to your local Education Service Center for review is April 1, 1999.
TEACHER EVALUATION Many of you have requested evaluation forms. Please find attached a teacher evaluation document that the Academy of Skills and Knowledge Charter uses for their teachers and staff.
CUMULATIVE FOLDER Per your request, attached is a list of records that are normally found in the student Cumulative (Cum) Folder. If you maintain these folders, your PEIMS data collection and your DEC visit will be easier to manage. If you need additional information, please let us know.
