UNIFORM AGREEMENT
Uniforms are a great
equalizer. They encourage pride in
personal appearance and promote school spirit.
In addition, uniforms eliminate self-consciousness. Uniforms are mandatory for all students at
XYZ Charter. Each student is expected to
strictly abide by the uniform guidelines.
Orders for each new
school year are placed at the end of May and can be reordered from our uniform
vendors throughout the year. Additional
order forms and guidelines are available from the school office.
Every child is required
to come to school in complete uniform each day.
There will be no substitutions.
All children are expected to wear a collared shirt with a woven bottom
on field trips.
A recycle program for
gently worn uniforms is also available throughout the year.

school director if you are financially unable to purchase uniforms.

uniforms from the school's designated vendors.
I understand that if at any time my child is not in proper uniform, I
will be notified by the school to bring proper attire or to pick him/her up for
the rest of the day.
